Technological process

Chemical surface preparation
  • Degreasing

    Removal of oils, greases, and other contaminants using alkaline solutions or organic solvents.
  • Pickling (if necessary):

    Removal of rust and scale using acidic solutions.
  • Phosphating or chromating:

    Formation of a conversion coating to enhance adhesion and anti‑corrosion properties.
  • Rinsing and passivation:

    Removal of residual reagents and additional surface protection.
Application of powder paint
  • Electrostatic spraying in a special booth.

    The recovery system allows returning up to 97% of unused powder for re‑application.
  • Polymerization:

    Baking the coating in an oven at 160–220 °C (depending on the paint type) to form a durable layer
Equipment and its capabilities
  • Chemical treatment unit

    Can be implemented as spray treatment, immersion, or a hybrid method. Includes several sections for sequential processing of items.
    Paint application booths: ensure uniform coating and minimization of material waste.
  • Polymerization oven:

    Maintains the set temperature to form the coating. Can be of проходного (tunnel‑type) or тупикового (dead‑end) design, with various heating types (gas, electric, diesel).
  • Overhead conveyor:

    Transports items between processing stages. The conveyor’s load capacity and speed are calculated according to specific task requirements.
  • Control system:

    Automates monitoring and control of process parameters (temperature, time, conveyor speed).
